Li Yuanchao attended the Handover Ceremony of the Uganda Office Block 2012-01-18    on 12th January , about 200 people was present Handover Ceremony of the Uganda Office Block funded by China and constructed by our company including Li Yuanchao, the member of the Communist Party's Politburo, director of the Secretariat of the Central Committee,the head of the party's Organisation Department, the Prime Minister of Uganda, officers from Uganda Government and officers from the Embassy of China and other representatives from the China company.
