the acceptance from Minister of Commerce of the Uganda Office Block funded by China 2011-07-22   With the collaboration of the Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office and other relevant parties, the handover ceremony was done smoothly.  Liang shaoming Head Administer from Ministry of Commerce, Yuweihua, Vice Administer from Economy and Technical Cooperation Administration and the counsellor of the Economy and Commerce Counsellor's  Office attended the acceptance  meeting.
