In the afternoon of April 13, 2020, the farewell ceremony for the first batch who charter flights to Tajikistan Parliament Building project was grandly held. The 32 members headed by the project technical team leader Wang Yanzhi were well dressed, energetic and excited. The ceremony was presided over by Yan Bin, Deputy General Manager of Yanjian International, and about 70 members from the company leading group, as well representatives from different departments and offices attended the ceremony.

At 13:30, the ceremony officially began. The first was the flag ceremony. In warm applause, Liu Jingxian, Executive Director of Yanjian International, presented the flag to the technical team leader Wang Yanzhi. Wang Yanzhi said that all employees of the project technical team will live up to the expectations of Yanjian Group, take the interests of the country and enterprises as the priority, earnestly fulfill their foreign aid obligations, and successfully complete the project construction tasks. Subsequently, Executive Director Liu Jingxian delivered an important speech. He said that the aid to the Tajikistan Parliament Building Project is a key foreign aid project of the group company and the Chinese Government, while Chairman of Yanjian Group Tang Bo raised high expectations and strict requirements for this project.“It is our highest honor to be able to work in such an important project”. Liu asked all members of the project technical team to focus on the overseas epidemic situation. We should always put health and safety first, work hard while ensuring safety. We must to pay no less effort and work together, overcome difficulties and ensure completion of tasks.

Before leaving, the technical team leader Wang Yanzhi shook hands with the members of leadership of Yanjian International. At 13:48, the bus carrying the infinite entrusts and blessings of the company's leaders set out. They would bravely bear the burden of the country's foreign aid, bravely act as the counterforce under the severe epidemic conditions, and strive for the country's foreign aid cause and the overseas cause of Yanjian Group. Note: Affected by the epidemic situation, all routes from China to Tajikistan have been grounded. In order to ensure the smooth commencement of the project, with the joint efforts of the Chinese Government, the Government of Tajikistan, the Government of Xinjiang Autonomous Region, the Ministry of Commerce of China, the Civil Aviation Administration of China, National Immigration Administration, the Chinese Embassy in Tajikistan and China Southern Airlines, on April 15, China Southern Airlines sent chartered aircraft to carry out the mission of “Urumqi- Dushanbe (capital of Tajikistan)".
